Welcome to the Demo version of Special Delivery™! Special Delivery software is the first multimedia software product designed to meet the needs of mainstream users. It is a media integration and delivery tool that will enable you to quickly and easily build interactive multimedia for presentations, training and education. The product uses the concept of an interactive slide and features a simple graphical technique for creating interactivity without the use of scripting, timelines or other complex interfaces. Also, when running a presentation, the product will quickly blink "Special Delivery™ Demo" at the beginning of each slide.

To install Special Delivery and get ready to use the product:
1. Start your Macintosh.
2. For best results drag the the Special Delivery™ Folder to your hard drive.
3. Open the Special Delivery™-Demo Folder. Special Delivery™ requires the Claris XTND System installed for its proper operation. To install the Claris XTND system, drag the Claris Folder to your System Folder. If you already have the Claris XTND 1.3 system installed, you still need to copy the translators that we have provided into your Claris Translators folder. The Claris Translators are located within the Claris Folder.
4. Close the Special Delivery™-Demo Folder.
5. Open the Special Delivery™ Tutorial Folder. Open the Sample Presentation file to see a demonstration of Special Delivery in action. To quit the presentation type Command-Q at any time or press the "Quit" button that appears in the presentation.
6. Open the Special Delivery™ Tutorial file in the Tutorial Folder for a full description of how to create your own presentation with Special Delivery™.
Last Minute Items too Late for the manual:

We have discovered some problems involving files compressed with Auto Doubler or Disk Doubler:
• Special Delivery won't play sounds compressed with these products. Also, the Set Sound Info dialog box will not work on sound files compressed with these products. To use these sounds with Special Delivery, make sure they are expanded before you play them or use the Set Sound Info command.
• If you move a presentation and its content files to a system where they are compressed with one of these products, Special Delivery cannot find them.
